On Mar 18, over 50 teachers and students of SFLL visit Lanzhou Petrochemical Company.

The visiting group is invited to the company’s museum. Accompanied by a guide of the museum, they learn about the history of the company and of China’s petrochemical industry through the stories of hard-working and dedicating workers. Thanks to their tireless efforts, petrochemical technology has rapidly developed from the blank by solving countless difficulties in technology. Nowadays, the industry is strong and innovative enough to be self-sufficient and a contributory section that improves the country’s national security.

In the refinery workshop, the worker introduces how the factory is working and how its products sever the national welfare and the people’s livelihood.

Through pictures and items on display, the visiting students and teachers are touched by the workers’ spirits and proud of the achievements of the Chinese nation. After the visit, they have a stronger willingness to make contributions to what they are engaging in now and commit to a better future of the country.
